Don Bruce

Don Bruce is a Certified Rolfer® and Registered Massage Therapist with over 25 years of experience. His work focuses on fascia, structure, and movement, combining hands-on treatment with practical guidance to support lasting results. As a Certified Rolfer® and Registered Massage Therapist, Don Bruce offers hands-on, fascia-based treatment to help resolve chronic pain, improve posture, and restore natural movement.
His work combines:
Rolfing® Structural Integration
  • Therapeutic Massage
  • Myofascial Release
  • Craniosacral Therapy
  • Rolfing Movement / Movement Education
  • Body Psychology / Body-Mind Therapy
These approaches work with the body’s fascia (connective tissue) and nervous system to support long-term structural balance and well-being.

Rolfing® Structural Integration

Rolfing Structural Integration is a form of fascia-based bodywork developed by Ida Rolf and taught through the Dr. Ida Rolf Institute. Rolfing works with the body’s fascia (connective tissue) to help improve:
  • Posture and alignment
  • Chronic pain patterns
  • Movement efficiency
  • Breathing and structural balance
Many people seek Rolfing for persistent issues like chronic pain that have not responded fully to conventional treatments. Rolfing is also known as structural integration and fascial bodywork.

Myofascial Release

Myofascial Release is a gentle, sustained pressure applied to the fascial system to release restrictions and improve overall movement and comfort.

Therapeutic Massage

Targeted massage therapy to relieve muscle tension, reduce pain, and support recovery from strain, injury, or daily stress.
As a Registered Massage Therapist, I offer therapeutic massage and deep tissue bodywork to help reduce muscle tension, relieve pain, and support recovery from injury or overuse.
Massage therapy may help with:
  • Neck and back pain
  • Muscle tension
  • Stress and fatigue
  • Injury recovery
  • Limited mobility

Movement Education

Simple, practical guidance to help you move more efficiently and reduce strain in everyday activities.

Craniosacral Therapy

A subtle, hands-on approach that works with the nervous system to support deep relaxation and healing.

 Body Psychology

An integrated approach that supports the connection between physical tension and emotional patterns, helping create lasting change in both body and mind.
Craniosacral therapy and body-mind therapy (Body Psychology) both address the relationship between the body, nervous system, and emotional experience.
These gentle approaches can support:
  • Nervous system regulation
  • Stress and trauma recovery
  • Emotional and physical integration
