Arthritis

_Arthritis

The most commonly understood reason for arthritis is that the area has been used in a repetitive motion action and or has endured an injury(s). These are important factors but not the most significant contributor. The primary issue has to do with how we deal and have dealt with stress and tension which becomes our every day habit. I believe, this is the same as it is with most other issues in the body. The “problem” is that, for too long, the area has been habitually too tight, restricted, stiff, stagnant, and or lacking flow. The issue is, just now, coming to roost. And the resolution or integration is the same as with other body issues.

Create more space in the area. Allow it to be come open and soft. Open up the area.
  •  Myofascial Release, soft tissue release, massage. This can be done by myself, someone else, and or yourself as well.
  •  Foam and Ball rolling
  •  Stretch the area
  •  Simple stretches like would be done by a physical therapist.

Revitalize the area - Bring energy and flow back to the area
  • Exercise the area – stretching and tissue work will to this
  • Nutrition – As you know, there are many supplements and ideas of what will help most with this. I think you could “shop” around. Search the internet. Ask many nutritional people. And ask your body with will Support most. Someone could muscle test you. There are a gazillion things in this area that I don’t know much about. Hemp oil is supposed to be good. Very hard to get though.  :   )
  • Acupuncture – this creates flow and allows stagnant / stuck energy to move
  • There are laser and eclectic devices that send current into the area to break up the old and stimulate the new.
  • Tai Chi – As one becomes rather proficient at this (I don’t mean necessarily “good” at it just doing it on a regular basis) the body will flow from head to toe and out the limbs / joints.
  • Yoga – Same as Tai Chi I would think this is true. Perhaps one or the other is better, I don’t know. But just doing one or the other.

Love the area – Light and Love
Simply be with the area. Curl up beside it. Lay down beside it. Go inside the area and rest. Feel the area as sensation, as feeling.

Visualize
You can use visualization techniques from, for example, Adam Dream Healer - http://www.dreamhealer.com
You can also ask myself for some sugestions and examples.

Enquiry
  • Receive some sort of Body mind work for the area such as Body Psychology.
  • Begin to wonder and realize how long the area has been in this place in your body…10 years, 20, within your life time and or into the generations back. And if so, how many generations back. And what is the stiffness / lack of flow about? What was the worry, concern, fear? What was it to protect, take care of, and hold onto?

Potentially possible
Believe as a real possibility that this area of the body can also heal and be integrated.
