The Rolfing Post 10 sessions is a series of 3 to 5
sessions that you receive after you have completed your initial Rolfing 10 series
and have taken a break from Rolfing for a period of 4 to 6 months. It is “tune-up”
time.
After you have received your 10 sessions of Rolfing it is
recommended to not receive any Rolfing for a period of 4 to 6 months. This time
away gives your body a chance to integrate what changes have occurred for you
during the initial Rolfing 10 series. During this “down time” of no Rolfing
sessions, the body, like a fine distilling wine, will actually continue to improve.
This being the case it makes coming back for more Rolfing
called, “Post 10 session”, very exciting because your body will be ready for
more changes. During these sessions you are
very likely to experience deeper changes and for some quite profound ones. It
is a time to create further openings in your body for greater function, less
pain, and increase body awareness. During the Rolfing post 10 sessions it is
very common for your body to make an exponential leap forward that it was not
ready for before. This is a little like taking the training wheels off a bike
and you are now able to “fly”.
